Julian Yap

Julian Yap is a cofounder and Chief Creative Officer of Serial Box, a startup aimed at revitalizing reading for busy people that was called "HBO for Readers" by NPR and named an App of the Year by Apple and Buzzfeed.  Prior to founding Serial Box, Julian served in the Obama Administration as Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Department of Justice.  He has held the Public Policy Fellowship at Duke University School of Law, and clerked for Justice Harriet O'Neill of the Supreme Court of Texas. He received his B.A. from Yale University, a Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. and L.L.M. from Duke University School of Law.  He lives in New York City.
