  • 4,000 SF available for use, including 1,700 SF gallery, 700 SF workshop area, 1,300 SF reception/bathroom, and 300 SF kitchen.
  • Standard rental includes access to reception, kitchen, and workshop area. Private guest access to Chow: Making the Chinese American Restaurant available as an add-on, featuring a 7,250 take-out box wall, 1,500 lb. fortune cookie machine, an induction studio kitchen, and a one-of-a-kind Smell Synth that allows guests to compost over 500,000 different flavors.
