Summer Camp Groups
Bring your campers to MOFAD this summer! School’s out and campers are ready to play, learn, and explore in a fun, hands-on environment. We’ve turned our current exhibition, Chow: Making the Chinese American Restaurant, into a kid-centered, self-guided exploration through the Museum. (Educators will be on hand to greet and orient groups and to assist with hands-on activities.)
Campers ages K-8 will enjoy these activities:
Explore! Learn about Chow by following clues in our scavenger hunt.
Learn! See if you can master tossing a wok like a pro.
Play! Challenge your friends in a game using chopsticks.
Craft! Make an origami fortune cookie to take home.
Camp groups are scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm from July 10 through August 29, 2019.
